The PMO was established in 2005 to deliver superior programme level services, specifically in the online retail space, and we soon became known for our practical, hands-on approach and straightforward feedback focused on outcomes, not models and meetings.
More recently we have been involved in governance, business improvement, exit strategies and strategic change programmes as clients look to where their future success will come from.

Unfortunately when it comes to business we often don’t spend the same amount of time and energy on planning for it and yet “the plan” forms the most essential tool to guide the success of our business in the future.

Our clients include major names in the consumer goods and online retail sectors across Australia and New Zealand, where we have provided services from Board support, interim management, change leadership and process implementation through to delivery of systems integration projects.
Where required we work in partnership with your incumbent suppliers or other professional services firms and creative agencies to deliver the complete solution.
The first time I had need of your services was to move our hair care company from the plateau it was firmly anchored to. You were initially hired to find a strategy that would get us growing again. Sounds simple, but to do this you had to orchestrate a complex number of interlocking actions. You needed to get us to identify radically different products that would attract new customers and open up new categories with our existing customers. You then needed to get the founders of the company to realise that entrepreneurial skills weren’t the same as management skills and that they needed to hand over the reins to an experienced manager. And then you had to find one that they would accept. Quite a cocktail, but the day that you were appointed interim manager was the day our small hair care plateau became a real growth story to the major Australasian hair and body care company we are today.
In doing this, you had to deal with a Board and Management that wasn't united, but your open and honest approach to all of the difficult questions won over all of the participants and made a team approach to success possible.
